Atelier Kleinod is a handmade jewelry brand by Lara Wagner, rooted between Paris and Vienna.

I shaped the brand from its core idea outward and built the commercial framework to bring it to market. The work turned “Kleinod” into a clear creative world around small treasures and lasting meaning, supported by a focused test and learn system for growth.
