Booking.com asked us to conceptualize and craft their first ever global employer brand campaign to inspire talented new recruits along the idea of ‘Expand Horizons’.

Shot across three continents and starring 100 of Booking’s 17.000 employees, we used insider humor and nerdy nuances to showcase their global work community and trademark diversity across people and passions, making it clear why working at Booking.com is a horizon-expanding experience in and of itself.

Working with Booking’s employees, we surfaced insider jokes that are unique to each department – like the programmer who works with a giant rubber duck to debug. Our modular messaging framework allowed us to tailor one content rich film to various audiences  – ensuring our message was as relevant for a customer service employee as for a business recruit.
