N26 asked us to help them define their social strategy and create a financial empowerment journey that’s inherently YouTube. We started off by defining their key message – focusing on finances as a way to achieve your goals, instead of being an obstacle to keep you from them, and what that meant within our audience context.

We then built relevant talking tracks based on behavioural insights, over-indexing keywords, and Google Trends predictions, which helped us understand what our audience was struggling with – and what knowledge would help them own their finance journey both today, as well as tomorrow.

The resulting content strategy and talking tracks deciphered complex banking jargon, resolved financial questions and banking frustrations and played into locally and seasonally relevant topics such as NFTs, crypto and blockchain.

A smart production approach allowed for weekly content shoots within our N26 branded studio set-up and, with an average view rate of 280k, made N26 own the finance discussion on YouTube.
